What is a Watt?
750 watts is roughly 1 horsepower.
An average "healthy human" can produce a steady 0.1 horsepower for a full eight hour period, while a "first class athlete" can produce 0.4 horsepower for a similar period. No more power is available without some rest and recovery. Thus at 0.4 hp the "healthy human" becomes exhausted within 10 minutes!
The Yacht Scooter (Spec: Yacht.185.20.Flat.30.2) has a 48 Volt battery with a short term max 20ah controller. This produces 48 X 20 = 960 Watts of power for short burst and 750 watts for continuous use over a duration of 30 miles at 20 mph. Rest for a person 10-12 hours. Rest for the Yacht Scooter is 2-3 hours.
